Manchester Ceilidh was launched in October 2004 by two of Manchester's best bands, The Maerlock and Triple Scotch, and Simon Dew of the band Jabadaw and now set up as a not-for-profit organisation, running regular ceilidh nights and helping to establish a vibrant local folk music scene in the North West.

Each night kicks off with a jam session followed by two live band slots. We are committed to promoting new, up-and-coming bands and callers so get in touch and let us know what you have to offer.
