Heaton Mersey to go Green for "the Full Irish Radio" Festival

Heaton Mersey will be turned green during this years August Bank Holiday

A record crowd are expected to attend the special family orientated Irish Festival organised by by the award winning Full Irish Radio show on ALL FM Radio 96.9fm

The weekend will feature live Irish music and dancing displays, Children's Gaelic Sport and a massive family friendly fun fair.

Monday is the Traditional and Celtic Music Day. Acts include: The Return of 'Rattle and Reel' After 15 Years!, Lochin: Kieran Cunningham, Lally School of Dancing, Comhaltas Music School, Sean Dempsey Set Dancers, Peel Your Own Spuds: The Beckets, Shake the Barley, Ollie Mullooley's Trad Disco and more.

There will be a Traditional Music Session held All Day in the Club House with the Greats such as Grace Kelly. There will also be opportunity for Music and Dance Taster Classes for all to try!

Again Variety of Stalls Available, Full Bar Service and Hot & Cold Food All Day.
