The Energy Box at Levenshulme High School is open to the public, and there’s plenty going on to get your pulse racing.

The gym has brand-new machines, flat-screen televisions and mirrors, as well as state-of-the-art
stereo systems.

Classes include aerobics, boxercise, belly dancing, yoga, t’ai chi, salsa and many more, and
prices start at £3.

Opening hours are 5–10pm, Monday to Friday and 9am–6pm Saturday and Sunday
